New 165-Foot Explorer Yacht Features Full-Size Pickleball Court

Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) is crafting a unique experience for a fortunate U.S. client by building a 165-foot explorer yacht that includes a full-size pickleball court. This yacht, the second Flexplorer 165 model sold by the Italian shipyard, has been customized to meet the owner's distinct preferences, making it a standout within the explorer range.

The exterior, designed by HydroTec, and the interior, envisioned by Design Unlimited, boast significant structural changes. Notably, the upper deck's overhang has been extended to accommodate the pickleball court, surrounded by a lightweight carbon-fiber structure and nets to prevent balls from going overboard. Spectators can enjoy matches from viewing areas adjacent to the court and on the sundeck.

The extended upper deck also provides a shaded main deck area below, capable of holding a 23-foot tender and a couple of Jet Skis. When these are deployed via the overhead crane, the space transforms into a luxurious outdoor lounge complete with a bar, heated pool, and collapsible bulwarks. Additionally, the yacht includes various recreational equipment, an Airbus H130 helicopter, and a wellness area with a gym, massage area, sauna, and ice bath.
